There are no deadlines, nothing that can be missed, no reason to rush if you are not trying to challenge yourself. Stardew is unique in the fact that it is only as hard and heavy as you make it. Somehow I have been afraid it would be too heavy/hard and not so relaxing. I have recently played Wylde Flowers, which has been good, but the lack of ability to customize and decorate as well as the poor farming mechanics made me look further. Farm Together surprised positively with its uniqueness. Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles is otherwise nice, mut focuses on exploring and quests, hence I rarely want to play it. ![]() ![]() I have had My Time at Portia for many years, and haven't played it much. I have played several generations of Animal Crossing (ACNH, ACNL, ACWW), Harvest Moon (DS, Tree of Tranquility, Animal Parade, Sunshine Islands, Story of Seasons, SoS Trio of Towns) and the Sims games (1, 2, 3). I do appreciate it when a game is well thought and finished. I happen to love genetics and animal babies, so a breeding mechanism would be a huge plus. ![]() I don't care for quests or storylines, but I can do those on the side as well. Something to go back time after time when I wish for a few hours in my own digital sanctuary. I'm looking for something relaxing and visually appealing, where I could possibly care for plants and pets and decorate my place. ![]()
